Follow-up on the visit of Marie-Charlotte Clerf: a very positive outcome
The visit of Marie-Charlotte Clerf to LCS was particularly enriching and encouraging. She asked us to share this important message with you:
« I observed the tremendous commitment of everyone to their work, and it deeply moved me. What I did not emphasize enough is that everything that can be implemented today in the fight against bullying is only possible thanks to the actions already carried out by the teams and the Leadership. Without this solid foundation, my visit would not have had any meaning. I would therefore like to warmly thank all those who carried this program forward before me. »
— M.-C. Clerf
Key points to remember and implement following this visit:
Consolidation of the choice of the MPP (Method of Shared Concern) as the preferred approach for dealing with bullying situations.
Renewal of staff training in the MPP, with particular attention to new colleagues.
Strengthening of the Allambie Primary and Secondary teams, through the integration of new members in both structures.
Appointment of a Primary School Coordinator: Marie Lombard.
Improvement in the detection of early warning signs, with the introduction of an alert form by Student Services.
In development: creation and use of an “alert” module on Pronote to quickly disseminate reports, along with new communication materials.
