Le LCS célèbre ses 60 ans en 2025 ! Pour marquer cet anniversaire, une grande cérémonie officielle aura lieu en février 2026.
Le programme de cette célébration est déjà en réflexion et nous souhaitons qu’il reflète la diversité et l’énergie de notre communauté. Pour cela, nous aimerions constituer un comité créatif réunissant des collègues du primaire, du secondaire et de l’administratif. Vos idées, même ponctuelles, viendront enrichir ce projet collectif.

The program is already taking shape, and we want it to reflect the diversity and energy of our community. To do so, we would like to set up a creative committee bringing together colleagues from primary, secondary, and administrative teams. Your ideas, even small contributions, will enrich this collective project.

In September, we will organize a brief visit within both the primary and secondary sections to introduce you more fully to the Communication Department, its role, and the projects currently underway. La société Chartwells est heureuse d’offrir au personnel du LCS un discount de 20% sur tous les produits vendus au Café Flore (café, sandwiches, etc…) sur présentation de votre carte du personnel. Nous vous rappelons qu’il n’y a pas de vente de sandwiches pendant les heures de service de la cantine. Vous trouverez les horaires et locations ci-dessous :
8am – 8.45am : Café Flore près de la réception.
10am – 10.55am : Le Café comptoir près de la cantine.
3pm – 4pm : Café Flore près de la réception.
Chartwells is pleased to offer all LCS staff a 20% discount on all products sold at Café Flore (coffee, sandwiches, etc.) upon presentation of your staff ID card. Please note that sandwiches are not sold during the canteen’s service hours. We remind you of the hours and locations below:

Pour engager des dépenses ou passer des commandes, il est impératif d’obtenir au préalable la validation d’une requête MYOB par votre Direction - la Direction financière. Cette validation sur MYOB constitue une autorisation formelle d’engager des dépenses au nom du LCS.
Il est important de souligner qu’aucun reçu ne sera remboursé, ni aucune facture réglée, sans cette validation préalable, la date de validation de la requête MYOB faisant foi. Cette requête doit intervenir avant la prestation réalisée ou tout article acheté. En cas de demande de remboursement, la date du reçu est vérifiée et doit être postérieure à la date de validation de la requête.

To incur expenses or place orders, it is mandatory to first obtain an approval for a MYOB request from your Management and the Finance Department. This approval on MYOB serves as formal authorisation to initiate expenses on behalf of LCS.
Please note that no receipts will be reimbursed, nor invoices paid, without this prior approval. The validation date of the MYOB request will be considered, and the request must be submitted before the service is provided or any item bought. In the event of a reimbursement request, the date on the receipt will be checked and must be later than the date the request was approved.
Thank you all for adhering to this procedure, which ensures the careful and transparent management of LCS funds.
