R U OK Day – 12 September 2024
Thank you to all our colleagues who made last Thursday’s R U OK Day a big success. The spirit of the day was alive in the school, there was plenty of YELLOW worn by staff, we enjoyed each other’s company, and devoured all 200 donuts!
We also offered $50.00 Westfield Gift Vouchers to the 3 staff who would be judged as having gone that extra mile on the day … promoting the spirit of the day, particularly with our students. We are pleased to announce that the lucky winners are: Alixe Avoine, Lucas Espil, and Lucas Velasque. Congratulations!
We saw many staff doing wonderful things on the day. Our teachers shared their student activities of the day with parents as well. Thank you to all who put in such a tremendous effort!

Our school is growing and becoming more complex, which requires us to constantly review our pools of Casual staff to help out with leave covers, emergencies, and other events and activities that arise from time to time.
If you are currently working Part-time, particularly in Secondary, we would love to know if you are available to work Casual covers at times of the week when your timetable permits it.
