A Message From LCS
Dear Parents,
We are pleased to welcome your child(ren) to LCS for the start of the school year on January 20th and sincerely thank you for your trust.
To help you prepare back-to-school easily, we invite you to a pre-start meeting on January 16th, where we will share important details and answer any questions you may have and organise a visit of the premises.
Additionally, we warmly encourage you to join us on December 14th for the French Market! ! This festive event will feature 80 artisans, crafts, a gastronomy court, as well as live music performances, promising a memorable experience for the whole family.

Important Dates
27th November 2024- Opening of Aftercare and Canteen Registrations at 8:00 PM on Eduka.
6th December 2024- List of AES activities available Eduka.
12th December 2024- Opening of AES Registrations at 8:30 PM on Eduka.
14th of December 2024- Le French Christmas Market by LCS.
21st December 2024 - 19 January 2025- The school closes for two weeks (no access and limited communication with Admissions).
16th January 2025- Welcome meeting for new families from 9:00 to 11:30 AM. Register here.
20th January 2025- Back-to-school.
More information about times will be communicated at a later date.
22nd January 2025- Registration for March and April vacation care opens at 8:00 PM on Eduka.

- Maximum of 2 activities /24h
- No limit afterwards
💡Important tips :
- Connect before 8.30pm
- Quick registration is recommended (some activities are very popular)
- No pick-ups during AES activities
📌 Key Dates for Changes :
- Until the January 5th : Editing possible
- 6th to 12th January : New registrations only
- After the 5th of January : No changes or cancellations possible (no reimbursements)

Uniforms
Maternelle:
In Maternelle, students will receive three polo shirts and one hat in class on their first day of school. Wearing both the polo and the hat is compulsory everyday.
Elementary and Secondary:
Each child will receive two polo shirts, one pair of shorts and one hat at either the welcome meeting on January 12th should they attend, or at reception on the first day of school. Year 1 students will receive their uniforms in class on the first day.
Wearing a hat while outside is compulsory, and the school uniform is compulsory on days when students practice sport or have an excursion.
If the uniforms that you are given do not fit, you can change them at the school reception. Please leave the tags on if you wish to exchange them.

Associations
The Parents & Friends" aims to create meaningful connections between LCS parents, community members, and new families through events (barbecues, bake sales, ride2schools), by running a P&F Facebook page and by organising a babysitting and tutoring phonebook that helps our families immensely. Join the group and ask your questions there!
> The P&F Association will be present at the welcome meetings in June and August to answer any questions you might have about life as an LCS parent.

- Please ensure that your Eduka account is up to date and that all fees for the 2025–2026 academic year have been settled. Access via your browser or download the app. Manage you and your child's information, permissions, invoices, registration for the canteen, extracurriculars, etc.
- Pronote Access via your browser or download the app. Access your child's timetable, homework, report cards, meetings, the lunch menu. You will receive login access via email just before school-start.
- Please ensure that your Eduka account is up to date and that all fees for the 2025–2026 academic year have been settled. Access via your browser or download the app. Primary school teachers use Seesaw to safely share photos and videos of the students' work with parents.
