WELLBEING

Morgane Fort, School psychologist

The Lycée Condorcet de Sydney is delighted to welcome Morgane, school psychologist and Wellbeing Officer at LCS, who joined us last October. Originally from Brittany, Morgane holds a Master's degree in Psychology, with specialisations in Neuropsychology and Occupational Psychology, certified by the French Ministry of Education.

With 18 years of experience in France and Asia, Morgane has worked in various settings, including schools, hospitals, NGOs, and businesses. Before joining us in Sydney, she worked in several AEFE institutions in Asia, including the Lycée of Kuala Lumpur, then based in Phnom Penh, where she collaborated with the Lycée René Descartes and provided remote support to French schools in Shanghai, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur.

At LCS, her role is to provide attentive listening to students, make an initial assessment, and guide them as needed. She works closely with the entire teaching team to address issues such as emotional management, stress, social relationships, interpersonal difficulties, concentration, behaviour, and anxiety about exams or the future. Morgane does not offer therapeutic support but acts as a first point of contact to assess the situation and direct students to appropriate solutions if necessary.

Morgane is also the first point of contact for issues related to sleep, nutrition, or overall wellbeing. Her goal is to conduct an initial assessment and help determine how the school can provide tailored support or, when appropriate, refer students to external solutions. She works to make the students' daily experience at school more comfortable.

To make an appointment with Morgane, please contact your child’s class teacher or the CPE at LCS.

Welcome, Morgane.
