Message from Mr. Patrice Possenti, Principal of the Primary School:
Dear Parents,
We are thrilled to announce that our Athletic Carnival will take place on Wednesday, 16th April, at Snape Park, and we need YOU to help make it an amazing day!
This all-day event (9 AM – 2 PM) promises to be a fantastic experience for the students, filled with excitement, teamwork, and fun outdoor activities. However, to ensure the success of this event, we rely on the active involvement of our parent community.
We are looking for parent volunteers to:
• Follow a team throughout the day and cheer them on, or
• Lead an activity and bring the event to life.
Your participation is not only essential to the smooth running of the event but also a wonderful opportunity to share in the joy and energy of the day with your child and their peers.
If you’re available to help, please register no later than 24th February.
Thank you in advance for your support—we truly can’t do it without you. Let’s make this year’s Athletic Carnival an unforgettable day for everyone!
Best regards,
Patrice Possenti

What consequences could ocean acidification have on marine ecosystems? Is the melting of the ice caps irreversible? Is sea-level rise inevitable? Will human activity eventually end up destroying our planet?
It is by bringing together these questions/answers around the Climate Fresco that the 12th-grade students in the SES specialty became interested during a 3-hour workshop held at LCS.
Through scientific elements, they were able to understand the interconnection between the different dimensions of climate change (global warming, greenhouse gas emissions, etc.). They also became aware of the urgency to act in order to avoid catastrophic scenarios and the dramatic consequences of global warming. Finally, they highlighted the levers for action by thinking about possible solutions, whether individual, collective, or political.
A few photos of the students' participation in the workshop.
