𝟐. 📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬
2.1 All stalls will be located on the school grounds of Lycée Condorcet (Moverly Road / 758 Anzac Parade, Maroubra NSW).
2.2 The market will be open to visitors from 10am–3pm.
2.3 All stalls must be set up and ready to trade by 9:30am.
2.4 Stallholders must be present during market trading hours, and pack-up cannot commence before 3pm.

𝟑. 💲 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐬 & 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
3.1 The stall fee is payable to Lycée Condorcet as soon as your application has been confirmed.
3.2 Access to power can be requested for $70 (GST incl.).
3.3 Stall fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

𝟒. 🛡️ 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬
4.1 A copy of your Public Liability Insurance (PLI) must be submitted with your application form (minimum $10M cover).
4.2 Failure to provide this document will result in no access being granted on the day.
4.3 For food stalls, a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is also required in addition to the PLI.

5.1 In the event of wet weather, the French Christmas Market 2025 by LCS will still proceed.
5.2 Outdoor stallholders must bring their own cover.
5.3 Stallholders are responsible for ensuring their stall is safe, secure, and prepared for all weather conditions.

6.1 Stallholders may only sell the products/services listed in their application form.

7.1 Power is only available to stalls that have pre-booked and paid for it, as supply is limited.
7.2 Stallholders must provide all power leads and ensure they meet safety requirements.
7.3 All power leads and power boards must comply with NSW Safework and carry a current test and tag.
7.4 Available power: the School provides a 10 amp supply.
7.5 Limited access to 2x15 amp circuits is available on a first-come, first-served basis, only at outdoor locations.

8.1 Stallholders are responsible for their own cash and payment handling.
8.2 If stallholders are registered for GST, the marked price must include GST.

9.1 All food products must include a list of ingredients.
9.2 An allergy warning label must also be displayed.

𝟏𝟎. ⏰ 𝐒𝐞𝐭-𝐔𝐩 & 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥
10.1 One week before the market, stallholders will be informed of their stall number and an allocated arrival time.
10.2 All stalls must be ready to trade by 9:30am.

𝟏𝟏. 🚗 𝐕𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠
11.1 Vehicle access to the Lycée Condorcet parking lot will only be available on Saturday, December 13th, 2025, from 7am to 9am.
11.2 All cars must then be moved off-site to street parking.
11.3 Due to limited space, no on-site car parking is available. Parking is available in surrounding streets.

𝟏𝟐. 🧹 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭
12.1 Stallholders must remove all rubbish and leave the school grounds as clean as when they arrived.
12.2 Cleaning fees will apply if this condition is not met.
12.3 Smoking is strictly prohibited at all times in all areas of the school grounds of Lycée Condorcet.
